Humanistic Study on the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Technology

Recently, more and more attentions are paid on the knowledge management in business and academic communities. The article begins with a brief introduction of knowledge management and definition of technology. Then the relationship between modern technology and knowledge-management is discussed. Some philosophic phenomena of technology and knowledge management are analyzed. Not only these researches provide a theoretical basis for the development of knowledge management in China, but also have positive meanings to China\´s scientific development concept with "people-oriented".
