Abstract :
Large and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in national economy. recently they rapid development have brought economy prosperity but also caused a series of environmental problems, the green technology innovation is to protect environment and an inevitable way to achieve sustainable development of Large and medium-sized enterprises. This paper begins with the connotation and the necessity of green technology innovation, and then use the Eviews software and solow Residual to analyse the status of green technology innovation of Large and medium-sized enterprises, that the ratio of green technology innovation is very low. combined with the characteristics of Large and medium-sized enterprises and green technology innovation, explore the green technology innovation barriers of Large and medium-sized enterprises. finally puts forward several proposals in terms of government and enterprises to promote the green technology innovation, in order to improve the ability to against the green barriers.
