The EC Directives on terminal equipment

Reviews the progress under the First Phase Directive, 86/361/EC, and the work currently initiated to implement the Second Phase Directive, 91/263/EC. The characteristics of both Directives are discussed briefly and BABT´s plans to adjust the UK approvals schemes to match the requirements of 91/263/EC are explained. Reference is made to four working groups set up under BABT´s auspices and all concerned are invited to contribute to the issues which those groups are debating
