Abstract
In Russia on the 1st January, 1999 new GOST 13109-97 was introduced. The new standard corresponds to the international standards and publications of IEC in a part of levels of electromagnetic compatibility in electrical power systems and methods of measurement of electromagnetic disturbances. For definition of conformity of values of measured power quality parameters the minimum time period of measurements, equal to 24 hours conforming to the computational period, is established. The general duration of measurements of power quality parameters should be selected with allowance including workdays and days off which are typical for measured parameters. The recommended general duration of measurements amounts to 7 days. According to the conditions, indicated in the standard, and computational methods of power quality parameters the automated data collection and reduction system controlling conformity of power quality parameters to the norms of the standard, and also issuing the engineering specifications is designed
