Abstract :
For training the implemental financial consultants in ERP project, based on the life-cycle theory, taken training the ERP Financial Implementation Consultant as an example, this paper creatively offered 3×5 training principle´. In practice, it was proved this method could distinctly increase the integrative ability of financial consultants. By 3×5 training principle, the implemental financial consultants could obtain 15 kinds of skills in the main phases of their own occupation. Therefore, the problem of training the implemental financial consultants has been easily solved. The 3×5 training principle is a method came from the practice and proved to be a effectual training for ERP financial consultants. It is summed up by the author in the long term of working.
