The Construction of Carbon Emissions Warning Expert System for China

In order to preserve the data about low carbon in provinces of China, understand professional opinions analyze the state warning index and precast the trend warning index of all provinces, this paper constructs carbon emissions warning expert system´s general structure for China including the data base, model base, knowledge base and reasoning machine and other important parts. At the same time, according to the principles in environment expert system´s design and the system development theory, some main functional modules are also designed in this paper, including knowledge management, information query, state warning, trend warning, policy suggestion and so on. This paper also tries to solve the problems like information inquiry, data compling, alert´s evaluation, alert prediction and decision support.
