AMP to Measure Teachers´ Professional Identity

Abstract :
To find the reasonably research way for teachers´ professional identity. 65 teachers participated in questionnaire, and AMP(affect misattribution procedure). Explicit teachers´ professional identity was higher and Average score was 4.48; The AMP results showed teacher´s slight pleasant reaction for professional, Results of Two kinds of research methods were consistency on average. But the correlation coefficient of the Explicit questionnaire data, and AMP was small and not significant(r=-0.08, p>;0.01), The results of the two research paradigms showed certain consistency, but Each research methods cannot be replaced by other studies.
