Abstract :
A method for visualizing the structure of classes using a graph is proposed. Unlike the previous approaches of mapping data points onto a plane, this method represents a few sets of data points as nodes of the graph. From the sizes of the nodes and the widths of the links connecting the nodes, one can know how complex the structure is and to what degree the classes are separable. The experimental results show that the approach is effective for revealing a hidden structure of classes in a high-dimensional space
