Abstract :
Based on constructing the structure of the general VMD composite function block, manufacturing cell simulation model based on VMD composite function block is analyzed. Then, object-oriented NCEM (ONCEM) is presented, and the various ONCEM models for the general VMD composite function blocks are established. Furthermore, the integrated OCNCES model for intelligently reconfigurable manufacturing cell control system is presented. At last, the simulation experiment and optimization method for intelligently reconfigurable manufacturing cell control system is proposed.
