Abstract :
In order to effectively promote the implementation of tobacco construction project, this paper analyzes four performance of schedule conflicts in the course of tobacco construction: interest conflicts, total package lack of ability, tedious in approval, and the professional subcontract difficult in coordination, establishes schedule coordination patterns of longitudinal body and lateral body, and discusses the solution modes of schedule problems: how to get the support of the project management company, how to hold total package coordination meeting and regular month meeting. The three modes can greatly promote progress to the solution of the problem, laying the foundation of further research on schedule problems of tobacco construction project.
