            Abstract : 
The design and simulated performance for a monolithic two-stage cascaded-match reflection-type phase shifter (CMRTPS), which employs decade bandwidth active circulators, is presented. It will be shown that a very low phase error characteristic can be obtained over a decade bandwidth with this novel topology. In addition, the phase shifter exhibits an excellent input return loss performance across this decade bandwidth
