Design of a scalar analyser test head for time domain measurement

Establishes the principles of performing time domain measurements using commercially available scalar analysers. In the analysis a number of assumptions concerning the microwave hardware were incorporated. These assumptions must be approximated to in a practical system due to limitations of the calibration/correction route.
