Abstract
A simple and accurate quasi-dynamic formula is presented to account for the capacitive coupling between crossed planar conductors for use in the spatial domain moment method. The formulation allows the inclusion of the effects of crossed lines in a moment method field formulation without increasing the complexity of the analysis. The results indicate excellent agreement between theory and experiment when the model is applied to situations where overlaid conductors are important
