Abstract
Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on variable weight is applied to evaluate the risk of contract project. First, the evaluation index system is established and analytic hierarchy process is adopted to calculate the initial weights of all indicators. Then the variable weight theory is used to amend these initials weights so to make them more accurate. Finally, these modified weights are taken as the new weights to evaluate the risk of contract project. Theoretical analysis and numerical examples show that the introduction of variable weight theory makes the evaluation more reasonable.
