Abstract :
The temperature control system of tobacco first baking is non-linear, time-variant and inertial. Though analyzed, a design project based on high-precision fuzzy controller is presented. Basis special technical requirement in tobacco baking and operation experiences, fuzzy control rules were obtained, query table was created. The first-order high-precision fuzzy controller by an amendment was design.The test results indicate that fuzzy controller improves the control accuracy, takes on strong anti-interference.
