Abstract :
Describes a new concept of a multibeam transmitting antenna combining maximum flexibility in power to beam allocation, coverage reconfigurability and high power amplifier efficiency. The basic principle is introduced and specific designs are presented and evaluated, both for fixed and steerable beam space applications
