Abstract :
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has already become more and more important in recent years. Lots of people seem very unfamiliar to operation the software. For investigates learners´ satisfaction and behavioral intentions to measurement learning performance, this research present a conceptual model through Flow Theory, DeLone and McLean Model for understanding learners´ satisfaction, behavioral intention of use the system and enhance learning performance. The purpose of this research, for understand ERP system, moreover, assess the cognitive function to apply learner´s learning performance. We will design relevant questionnaires for data collected to survey relevance of our research model. This study should be of relevance to both researchers and practitioners alike, as a step towards a better understanding of ERP system, especially in the context of information system training.
