Abstract :
The 100 kV all solid state pulser is developed. The pulser produces the 2 ns wide pulse with rise time 0.3 ns. The load is 100 Ohms. The application of fast ionization devices (FID) and drift recovery diodes (DRD) made it possible to reach repetition rate up to 1 kHz and 40% efficiency. The output signal has negligible jitter <20 ps. The main block has dimensions 300/spl times/300/spl times/200 mm.
