Abstract
In this paper, a new scheme that measures the importance of hub streets is proposed, in which the variety of the intersections is investigated based on the topological community structure. The practicality of the proposed methodology is demonstrated through a case study. Simulations have been carried out and analyzed in detail, illustrating the feasibility of the pro-posed scheme.
