Abstract :
In order to evaluate the structure fatigue life, it is necessary to get the load-time history and representative load spectrum simulating true condition. The paper determined the lateral load identification method combining the finite element method and dynamic track test. Statistical inference of spectrum is processed for each one-way sample and the parameter distribution performance is studied. Finally, using statistical theory one-dimensional stress and load statistics spectra are compiled with 95% confidence level.
