Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. Some results of experimental investigations of the absorption spectrum in atmospheric water vapor with resolution of its rotational structure in the 8 to 13 m region are presented. Minimization methods have been used for finding absolute intensities and halfwidths of spectral lines. Some causes of discrepancies between theory and experiment are discussed.
