Abstract :
The time-correlated radar cross section, the two-frequency correlation and its temporal frequency spectrum for bistatic and monostatic scattering, and the principle of measuring size distribution of spheroidal raindrops are given, for an incident linearly polarized plane pulse wave upon moving spheroidal raindrops.
