Abstract :
Thi s report is a brief survey of the evaluation of the applications of millimeter-wave technology in China. A general description of a number of unique advantages of mitlimeter-wave compared with microwave and lightwave as well as a variety of application areas are given. After a historical account of the chinese millimeter-wave technology, its applications in remote sensing, radar, commmication and radio astronomy are presented.
