Abstract :
In state-owned enterprises, managers must consider reputation strongly. Based on this premise, through the establishment of model, the paper analyzes the behavior choice of state-owned enterprise managers under the form of fixed wages, and obtains the conclusion that under the fixed wage the efforts of state enterprise managers are not zero.
