Abstract :
A new and promising millimeter wave active device is presented in this paper. n kc- nonradlative dielectric waveguide (NRD-guide) Gunn oscillator and seir-oscillating mixer have many advantages, such as simple structure, easy to fabricate and adjust, low-cost and light- weight. The operative properties of NRD-guide Gunn oscillator and self-oscillating mixer at 35 (Nz are investigated.
