Abstract :
Based on high-precision dynamic turning process requirements in modern industry, the model-free adaptive control method of the linearization of tight format on data driven control is applied to tool servo system. The design of controller is model-free, based directly on pseudo-partial-derivatives (PPD) derived on-line from the voltage input and position output on linear motor motion model using novel parameter estimation algorithms. The real performance of the linear servo system is researched in this paper. Based on Weina technology company´ cSPACE real time control system, running track of linear motor can be real-time observed by graphical manner, the controller parameters can be on-line modified to achieve real-time effective control.
