Abstract :
A new millimeter-wave Gunn oscillator is described. The present structure makes use of NRD guide and metal resonant cap. Some experimental results of 8mm and 6mm guide oscillators show that the new Gunn oscillator has a future as an integrated millimeter-wave source.
