Abstract :
In this paper, a tunable rectangular patch antenna using adjustable air pocket in the substrate layer with a sliding arm is presented. The proposed antenna is designed on single layer (FR4 and Air) substrate with an area of 26mm by 23mm with microstrip line feed. The measured tunable frequencies ranges from 3.25GHz to 3.4GHz.
