Abstract

This article Introduces CTI technology, as well as design and implementation of an integrated telephone information management system for legal hotline based on CTI technology. This system adopts the application platform consisted of TeleWind series analog telephone voice card and industrial computer, realizes external line automatic responding, intelligent switching over and automatic recording. This article also introduces the design for the general frame of the platform and describes the implementation of key technology in detail. The actual operation meets the requirements of customers.
