Abstract :
On account of low real-time, more application parts, complicated computation and difficult to complete AC motor servo control for a general CPU in existing technology, a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is used for a actuator, and the component, hardware design and the main control circuit design of a full-digital AC-servo driver by TMS320F2812 as a signal processor are introduced in this paper. The full-digital AC-servo driver is adopted the modular design, and is provided with the compact structure, simple and reasonable design and flexible control characteristics. It can increase control precision and anti-interference ability, finally achieve the development of high effective system.
