This virtual instrument technology and laser Doppler velocity measuring instrument applied on instantaneous velocity test system of automatic mechanism driving component, have designed hardware of measurement system, through the analysis of movement of the automatic mechanism, and virtual instrument Labwindows/CVI was adopted, aiming at signal character, to design software of data acquisition and processing module. The feasibility and the speed testing accuracy of the system was verified through testing experiment.
