In the process that Thread cutting device Match with ZOTYE AUTO there are two Thread cutting device in front of the car ,the two keep pace by Sprocket device, but the Additional sprocket device need additional transformation ,In order to solve the problem of insufficient space, Speed difference is detected by photoelectric sensor ,Using pid-fuzzy control method ,The chip Control movement of two Thread cutting device, this method solve the synchronization of A new generation of double-shear device.
