Abstract :
Ultrasmall volume (Veff~ 2 - 6(¿)/n)3 microdisks with embedded quantum dots are studied at cryogenic temperatures through an optical lilx:r taper waVeguide probe, and high-resolution cavity mode wavelength tuning by nitrogen gas adsorption is investigated.
