Abstract :
The predictive functional control is a novel predictive control algorithm. It increases the regularity by introducing the concept of basis functions and improves the response speed and accuracy meeting the industrial process proposed requirements whose algorithm is simple and implementation. Boiler combustion system is a complex time-varying dynamic process with multiple control loops, strong nonlinear, strong coupling, time delay, strong interference features. The traditional PID control algorithm is difficult to achieve good tracking of the process parameters and the ideal control. Predict functional control is used in the boiler combustion for the characteristics of the boiler combustion control system, the simulation results show that the predictive functional control has strong adaptability and high control accuracy, improve the system´s combustion efficiency. The control effect is good than the traditional PID control algorithm.
