Abstract :
With the development of global economy, energy situation has been more and more severe. The shortage of energy will no doubt be one of the bottlenecks, which restricts the social progress. Iron and steel industry is an important energy intensive industry, whose use of energy plays an important role in the national energy situation. Therefore, energy optimization is a serious topic for the iron and steel enterprises. Systematic energy conservation has been becoming one of the most popular measures for iron and steel enterprises, of which EMS is an essential one. Therefore, this paper raises the research of the construction of Optimization Dispatching Model to solve the problem of optimal use of energy, which can achieve the energy saving and environmental protection for the industry.
