Abstract :
It is shown that traceable Q measurements on a stable inductor can provide the basis for dielectric measurements in the frequency range 1-30 MHz. It is also possible to adapt computer controlled four terminal impedance measuring techniques by coupling them with a resonance adaptor and suitable test fixture, so that dielectric measurements may be made to ±2% in permittivity and ±5μ rad in dielectric loss
