Abstract :
This paper introduces the hardware design, software design, communication and configuration of feed servo system of CNC Machine, which uses ControlLogix control platform. Position adaptive PI controller is built to solve that every parameters of traditional PI controller cannot be given attention simultaneously. The proposed method improves the dynamic performance and positioning accuracy of the system.
