Abstract :
An internal-model controller for a class of linear systems with time-delays is proposed. The plants considered are those stable, with delays in the input and in the state. The procedure proposed yields a causal controller and the closed-loop system is internally stable. A simulated example displays a certain degree of robustness with respect to external disturbances and parameter uncertainties
