Abstract :
In the paper, the error source of turning and milling composite machine tool is analyzed, and the method of improving machining precision are put forward. The positioning precision of the B-axis of the turning and milling composite machine tool is tested by laser interferometer and rotary-axis regulator. The error compensation is researched according to the test result. The result of the experiment indicates that B-axis positioning precision has satisfied the required precision of machine tools.
