Abstract

Digital information resources are the key link for the formation of digital library federation. In this paper, several basic issues on the information resources development and utilization of digital library federation were studied. Domain analysis theory and new theory under Web2.0 information basic environment were respectively applied to carry out analysis on the digital information resources organization and processing of federation and resources input and earnings of federation members, and the existing problems were pointed out and a preliminary solution concept was provided.
