Abstract :
This paper concentrates on collaboration in an international context. The paper employs case study methodology to evaluate the changing corporate business performance. The selected case is an electrical manufacturer dealing with international business partners in R&D via virtual collaboration. This paper identifies these influencing factors from the five attributes of diffusion of innovation theory and the four dimensions of trust theory. The analysis is expected to give companies insight and guidance in improving internationalized business performance.
