Abstract :
In order to shorten the time in reliability testing of certain equipment, propose to apply reliability enhancement testing to it and accelerate failure of its parts. Take pulley mechanism as the research object, analyze its failure mechanism and study the enhancement testing approach. The virtual prototype of the equipment was established based on the software ADAMS, apply reliability enhancement testing to the pulley mechanism. The formula for wear enhancement coefficient was deduced. The load spectrums and relative angular velocity spectrums are gotten under both normal and enhancement testing condition, so is the wear enhancement coefficient. The effect of enhancement is obvious. This research supplies certain theoretical reference to the practical reliability enhancement testing.
