Abstract :
In this paper, the problem of exponential stability for time-delay systems is considered. By constructing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, LMI-based sufficient conditions for exponential stability are presented. Besides, a new sufficient condition for robust exponential stability is also derived for uncertain time-delay systems with time-varying norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. Two numerical examples are shown the reduced conservatism of the proposed conditions.
