Abstract
Many users who find the procedures of IEC 216 to be too complicated, may also regard the ACE equation as an additional, somewhat abstract mathematical expression. In order to respect this viewpoint and to avoid the excessive use of such concepts as Arrhenius or Eyring equations, etc., a simple new correlation is established directly between the logarithms of the measured time-to-failure (life) values
