Abstract :
A new multiple-input dc-dc converter realized from a modified inverse Watkins-Johnson topology is presented and analyzed. Fundamental electrical characteristics are presented and power budget equations are derived. Small signal analysis model of the propose converter is presented and studied. Two possible operation methods to achieve output voltage regulation are presented here. The analysis is verified with simulations and experiments on a prototype circuit.
