Abstract :
The machine for supplementing the traditional Chinese medicinal pills is essential to the automation packaging production line. The performance of the electrical control system which is the core part of machine for supplementing pills determines the effect of auto-fill pill. In order to better achieve the purpose of accurate auto-fill pill, the software and hardware of the electrical control system of machine for supplementing pills are designed, SIMATIC S7-300 Series Programmable Controller made in Siemens is selected, the photoelectric sensors are applied to the detection of control system, and some low-voltage electrical equipments of control system are matched. Debugging results show that the control system run reliable.
