Abstract :
The adaptive implementation of the postdetection and binary integrators for CFAR operation is studied and analysed. The CFAR adaptive postdetection integrator (API) which achieves robust false alarm control performance in the presence of randomly arriving impulse interference and optimum detection performance in the absence of interference is also examined
