Abstract :
Basing on the relationship between the network location of college students in the class and the knowledge diffusion, we gave the students major in information management and information system of a university some questionnaires for collecting data. We get the emotional relationship network, counseling relationship network and intelligence relationship network within the organization. This paper analyzed the key factors influencing knowledge diffusion and innovation through quantitative analysis about network density, centrality and the cohesive subgroup. And we lay the theoretical foundation for the formulation of related measures to improve knowledge diffusion in the undergraduate organization.
