  • Abstract
    Next generation optical communication and interconnection systems need arrays of laser drivers, receivers, and regenerator circuits. We report on the development of AlGaAs/GaAs HBT transmitter and receiver arrays operating at speeds up to 2.488 Gbit/sec.
