Abstract :
This paper introduces a new type of ground-based medium-to-low altitude air surveillance radar developed by East China Research Institute of Electronic Engineering (ECRIEE), which can meet both military and civilian requirements for search, detection and tracking of aircraft at medium-to-low altitude in an unfavourable clutter and ECM environment
